Managing Stress and Burn-out (pay for 5 sessions at a time)
Ten 30-minute sessions (pay for 5 sessions at a time)
When I was leading and living in a nonprofit residence for homeless women living with AIDS, I had to learn how to manage stress and burn-out -- or resign.
I know the feeling of chronic anxiety, how hard it is to think straight when stressed out, and how everyday stress can lead to complete burn-out.
I'd love to help you manage (notice I say manage, not cure) whatever level of stress you have in your life.
In your coaching, you'll focus on your best self even with the realities of the stressors in your life. You'll create your personal vision and values statement for your chosen area(s).
You'll use your statement as the basis for new goals, which are then a basis for weekly action steps.
In addition, you'll work on your Wellness Kit, a resource for you and your on-going learning. You'll learn how to self-coach so that when our sessions are over, you'll be able to move ahead and reach your goals without coaching.
