How long does a coaching session last?
It depends. People interested in general health and wellness, managing pain, or dealing with stress and burnout usually choose ten (1) 30-minute sessions.
* Caring Circles are four (4) one-hour sessions.
* Nonprofit executives can choose ten (10) 30-minute sessions or five (5) one-hour sessions.

Why would i want health and wellness coaching?
There are many reasons to choose health and wellness coaching:
1. You want support for successful change when a doctor has prescribed life-style changes in nutrition, exercise, etc. Look into GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING.
2. You're facing a life-change such as retirement, a new job, starting a family, or getting married. Look into GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING.
3. You're distraught about what's happening to democracy in America - look into CARING CIRCLES.

When and how do i pay for sessions?
You will pay for half your sessions at a time, then I'll send you the link to my scheduling page (Calendly). You'll schedule the five sessions you've paid for. NO REFUNDS.
